Since 2005 K & J Pressure cleaning has been locally owned and operated. We are based in Lutz but service the greater Tampa Bay area including Hillsborough, Pasco, Pinellas, and Hernando counties.

From start to finish you will see why so many of our customers have been with us for over a decade. We don’t over sell you… in fact we won’t even sell you we will simply suggest a service and give you a price. We are fair, honest, and courteous! Since 2005 we have attended dozens of training events on products and services to better serve our clients. Professional equipment helps us deliver professional results! Our equipment is truck and trailer mounted industrial equipment. We show up with all the tools required to do the job properly, the only thing we need is water. If water is an issue let us know and we will find a solution.
Licensed and Insured
K & J Pressure Cleaning LLC is licensed, insured and have workers comp., not an exemption but actual insurance which is something not a lot of companies in the area have.
Our Process
You can call, text or email us anytime. We will enter you into our customer retention software and schedule your quote. You will receive your quote within 24-48hrs unless otherwise notified. Once you approve your quote we will schedule the job. Our software will notify you of the date and time we will arrive. Once finished you will receive notification followed by an invoice that is texted or emailed to you. Your invoice can be paid by cash, check, or credit with the pay here link on the invoice.
Water sources
Should your property not have water onsite we can have water brought in or we can get a hydrant meter through the county. One of our many tanks hold over 1300 gallons of water. This allows us to clean miles of sidewalks, curbs and fences in a day. We love complicated jobs that others can’t do.
